2020 Was a poor Year
It has been all male on female in 2020....Seriously....Is people losing interest in futanari? Is this why we are seeing such a massive decline in futanari animated content this year? (Including Stills too).....What the hells going on? Well....Perhaps I can explain a little on this situation. Almost every animated compilation I've seen this year on Pornhub was male on female....Seeing futa is becoming a lot rarer in 2020..Even looped material of it is rare...(Not that i want to see a bunch of looped stuff) Some compilations I did see claiming to be from 2020 was just a lot of 2019 stuff recycled and passed off as 2020 content.
This year it seems like so many artists jumped over to Blender, as a matter of fact, the Blender take over didn't start to happen until around 2016 but it was just moving in on SFM territory rather slower because people weren't very sure of it...There was plenty of artists that always used Blender as their production source but it has definitely grown and gotten bigger than SFM for people who are more interested in eye candy...
Me personally I really hate Blenders' popularity because it doesn't even encourage anybody to have any actual work ethic. People just use it to produce high-quality graphics but they don't ever go beyond that. This is why DesireSFM didn't want to make the switch and he told both me and Steven he was sticking with SFM.
So it's really a quantity over quality sort of deal here unless you are perfectly fine with all the short-mini animations lasting a few seconds in length...With that said, SFM and TK17 are very old programs that people still use even today. There are still quite a few people that find Blender too damn intimidating, I found it intimidating when I wanted to make some cum props with it like SquarePeg...But I had trouble following his tutorial. Which means if I ever want to get good at making some cum, I need to take my time and really study the process.
As SFM slowly loses all of its top quality animators with a few that still remain behind.....Blender well it keeps updating and getting more and more newer features for people to take advantage of...Not to mention better graphic and animation quality in general if you are really good with the program. I did at one point gave some consideration into wanting to learn some animation myself just because I find the majority of content being produced and thrown out there rather boring..
Nobody really has good ideas either...There is just too much straight forward sexual content that does nothing for me...Yes, I do believe I can do better than half these guys if I had that patience, will, drive, and talent to master either SFM or Blender. There are a lot of amazing things I can do with either program if only I knew where to begin. One thing you will find out about me is that...I understand how important and valuable a presentation really is to the audience. I'm not going to just slap together some animation and call it a day. If I understood the process I would take a while to really contemplate on how to entertain the viewers with what I could come up with.
So far in 2020, there hasn't been a whole lot of new material being produced by anyone...This year has been all about POLITICAL WARFARE. Even Hong Kong is dealing with some serious censorship conflict going on...A place I've always wanted to live if I could ever afford to...But not anymore...It's becoming just as bad as Mainland China up there. People are being arrested just for speaking up against censorship. With that said, all these distractions are really getting in the way of progress within our artistic communities...I just don't care enough about any real-world conflict...Or anything I feel is out of my control.
The virus and people losing their jobs have also brought finances down for a lot of artists who had to deal with many people having to unsubscribe because they can't afford to support themselves, let alone someone else. So it's understanding why no new content has been made...
Not only did we get a great animation this year from him but DesireSFM at least has something for us planned within two months yet again unless he decides to delay for a while. It's going to be A 15-minute long animation, so we should all be very blessed and thankful that we still have him around despite the virus scare and job losses everywhere else in the world. I will be sure to review this animation like all the others I've done.
So how will this affect the year 2021?
Well if things get better, and people are able to return back to work...Then this means that maybe progress for us will pick up again and we'll see more content being produced. Maybe animators will start taking it more seriously and try something bigger than what they currently have to offer, especially the ones with Patreons supporting them...Right now Futa is getting crushed by Male on Female content..It's such a shame really because I honestly have no desire what so ever to fap to men so if this is how it's going to be then shit..
I might as well give up entirely on looking at porn in general if Futanari is going to get killed off by boring ass male on female stuff...I just cant go back to watching men again after spending half of the early 2000s being forced to do it when futa wasn't even as big as it has gotten over the years...And I don't even argue with any man claiming to be straight, but is going around openly calling other men "fags" just for being into females with dicks....There was an article years ago that made a claim that all pornography is actually homosexual in nature to some extent. Most people who have a personal vendetta against futa.
I also believe that even without the virus and protest going on...Stagnation has been a huge problem in good animation being produced for quite some time now...There is a very huge decline going on with some of these artists just disappearing. You have several who haven't animated anything new in a while. So there are no telling what's going on there...Sometimes life outside the fictional world we inhabited requires change and a person can no longer devote their time to doing what they love anymore...That's always a tragedy if you really enjoyed that artists' work but because of the change in their real lives outside of what they do online...Well, its to be expected.
Always wanted this to have more parts...The Story build-up was really interesting. I don't know what happened to this animator though Tsoni I believe...They just disappeared...Or quit entirely...Shame because I really enjoyed most of their animation works.Tsoni had some really great content...Just that it was often too short.
Others just tend to take longer because they are working on actual full-length content. So it makes more sense to not see anything from them for a long while. For now, it's mostly just these active Blender animators chugging out 15-30 second clips as usual just to show up in some bland music compilation video on Pornhub. Normally with piss poor music...Yes, some people do tend to have rather awful taste in music.
I know the name of the blog is futanari related but when I said it did poorly I'm only talking about animations. Futanari within the Still Image Realm is still going strong! There is never going to be any shortages or stagnating issues among those of us who do stills/static images over those that animate. Since animating is a much more stressful process that requires a whole lot more time to perfect good enough to show off to the audience...
No one can really expect to see much of it being created...The looped content can at least look promising but most of it really isn't. When that isn't one issue to take notice of there is also the problem with people using the same goddamn characters over and over and over again based on popularity...There are characters I never see get animated at all. Like some of the ones in Evil Within aren't bad, but nobody uses them...
There are some fairly decent looking females in that Resident Evil Resistance game, but again nobody bothers to use them...just because it's not Jill or Claire. Hell, not even any Outbreak characters get love, and I liked the Outbreak Cast. Sure they were generic compared to Chris, Leon, Sheva, Jill, etc. But they were still fairly okay normal people characters. I never see Helena from RE6 or even Sheva that much either and she's more attractive than both Jill and Claire! So what's up with that shit????
I told him the best way to remain motivated is to be patient with it. The main thing is to never get discouraged or too frustrated...A lot of people who go in thinking animating is going to be easy eventually surrender and call it quits after their first few days of trying to do anything because they can't handle the daunting tasks.
I was over on Deviant Art the other day because I was looking for a Good Ellie model from TLOU2 to use, or give to DesireSFM because we were talking about him doing some good futanari animation on it if we can get our hands on some damn females from the game. He was the one that said "Yes if only I had some more characters from it, I can get a good hate fuck animation going! I'll just make Abby look more appealing." We were laughing about it cause I was like "It can be any female, but I rather Ellie be the futa doing the hate fucking just not with Abby though..It won't look right."

Sadly the only models I've seen so far were intended for Blender. I'm writing a blog about that, but I'm not ready to share it just yet...Hell, I had a hard time finding pornographic TLOU2 stuff just to put in that blog...
Even though my graphic card doesn't work anymore, I can still render with it just that it's very slow..So I postponed my Women In Prison Digital Novel and decided to move on over to a new project that won't require me to use so many characters. And it's still really slow rendering. I heard Nvidia is releasing newer cards that will crush the current ones.
I almost bought a gaming PC for 5K but PaperTiger saved my ass when he told me it was overpriced and the parts in it weren't even all that up to date either (he's been building PCs for 20 years). I almost got ripped off. Thank God I didn't. I honestly don't want to pay that kind of cash for a computer..it's stupid. I will be getting one of those 3090 Graphic cards though.
With 24GB I'll be able to render bigger and better story projects than what I currently do now. If I could afford two of them then, damn! You'll be seeing bigger and better scenes from me more often than usual. I can definitely take advantage of that tech if I had it. I'm sure in the future they'll have graphic cards that can hold up to 400GB-1000GB...Something they should have already had a long long ass time ago.
I do hope to finish at least one more final work before 2021, but there is no guarantees. The prison one would have been completed by now if my graphic card never would have died or partly working. Thinking about it now, I don't know..I think 2021 is going to be a lot worse than 2020...I could be more optimistic but really. I just have this bad feeling about next year giving this current year some competition.
I struggle all the time with finding good futanari material to get off to which is why I don't mind funding and supporting more people if I could afford to. Some of these artists are quite reasonable with pricing. Others feel that just because they can, they will overcharge...I knew a guy who got took all the time, and by an artist who was terrible...
One guy I met on Deviant Art was paying this chick over $200 per one image she made in Poser and it was outright awful..bad lighting, washed-out textures, poke throughs, it was the sloppiest looking renders I've seen and because he didn't understand the pricing process. She was cheating him. So he came to me because I gave him control over how he wanted to pay, but I would never charge someone $200 just for one image, especially if it looked like ass. And almost everyone nowadays thinks their content is worth paying high amounts of money for so they all have Patreon accounts.
